bit-tech Review
"These are by far some of the best speakers we've had a chance to test and not only do they perform well, but they don't cost half the earth either. If you're looking for a sleek new set of speakers to go with your rig, then the Gigaworks T20 2.0 speakers should definitely be at the top of your list, especially if cost is an issue." - 15th May 2007

Strengths: crystal clear highs, and low mid range tones!
Weaknesses: blinding blue light, and enormous power supply.
Summary: These are the best 2.0 speakers I've heard in this price range! I bought these online (untested in any store) and was basically going by what others were saying about them, and I gotta say I'm happy I took the chance on them because they are well worth the $80 w/ free shipping (that I paid)! They are powerful speakers, with crystal clear highs and low mid range tones. I wasn't expecting the bass to sound as good as it does without a subwoofer, but I was pleasantly surprised at how much of a punch they actually deliver. If I had to give them any negative feedback, it would be the blue "power on" light is so bright I can almost use them as a night light... and the power supply is gigantic! but aside from that they are top notch speakers! If you're expecting to listen to rap or loud rock, I suggest looking elsewhere, but for everyday PC speakers these can't be beat! I use them for music as well as games, and they both sound fantastic! highly recommended!

Strengths: Sleek, elegant design with amazing crisp sound
Weaknesses: Bulky A/C Adapter, UltraBright Blue Led Light, Quite Pricey
Summary: I was looking for a nice set of speakers to go with my Creative M, and after doing my research, I decided to stay with the Creative family, and boy I wasn't disappointed. The design is sleek and quite elegant, of which you would expect from its pricetag. The sound does not disappoint either. While it may not blast a room or rattle any house, it will give you an amazing listening experience. The aux in is great for my Creative M and allow me to have countless hours of music on it. The only slightly nags are the huge chunky power adapter and ultrabright blue led light. Of course, it also a bit difficult at first to swallow the price tag on these babies, but I am beginning to be glad I did.

Strengths: Small in size but still produce good sound quality
Weaknesses: The design and quality both cost money.
Summary: The front line-in is very convenient for me to hook up my mp3 player with the speaker. Although the speaker is smaller than what I expected, it does produce very good sound quality. Its look is also nice; kind of high-tech feeling. I would suggest the speaker to someone who want a speaker with good size-quality tradeoff, especially someone who want to put the speaker in plain view (e.g., living room).

Strengths: good design, great sound for 2.0 speakers.
Weaknesses: a little pricy.
Summary: High quality little speakers. Treble, Bass control. Front and rear audio input. Compared with my logitech x530, the T20 has clearer details in treble than the middle and front speakers of X530, though they never match x530 with surround sound and subwoofer's bass, which is the lower-end 5.1 speakers, and cheaper than T20. I think x530 has better overall effects and feelings. So if you like 2.0 setup or your space is limited, it's a good choice for computer and mp3. Or you may consider setup a surround sound audio system.

Strengths: Small footprint on desktop, clear highs and mids, adequate bass, AUX IN is a nice bonus
Weaknesses: Blue LED on right speaker is much too bright
Summary: The GigaWorks T20 speakers are pricey for a 2.0 setup, but make up for it with clear sound. The highs and mids are especially impressive. Bass is adequate, but not overly powerful. Also, the right speaker allows the user to adjust volume, bass, and treble. It also has front inputs for headphones and an AUX IN for an external device, such as a mp3 player. The blue LED on the right speaker is very bright (I put a piece of electrical tape over it to hide it). All in all, the T20 is definitely an impressive 2.0 speaker system.
