Strengths: Solid build. Reasonable prices.

Weaknesses: Can't play computer speakers while AC adapter or USB plugged into device...

Summary: I was looking for something for my wife to use as a base for her sansa e260. This works well for single use. For example, it can play home stereo w/ included RCA cables but can't be used to sync w/ laptop while RCA cables plugged in.Therefore, it is good for single tasks but must be re-configured if you want to do more than one thing which is a pain....

Weaknesses: NO MENU/CURSOR controls on the remote,Power cable easily disconnects from back of dock.

Summary: I received this as a gift and love it.This device basically serve as a recharger for my Sansa e260R, and to use when I want to play my music over my home stereo system. It performs both functions very well.

Strengths: Solid design, great look, simple, easy to setup, charges while playing, includes all cables ie: the USB cable, and the RCA cables, nice remote control. Overall it feels solid and looks terrific.

Weaknesses: The remote is so small, thin and smooth that it falls out of the base when moving the base around.

Summary: Most of my comments can be found in the strengths section. I am very satisfied with my purchase. This product solves many problems for me. The Sansa only comes with one USB cable, so you need a docking station unless you love crawling under your desk to hookup the cable each time. Now I can simply drop the sansa into the station to charge the player, to play music over external speakers, and to receive Rhapsody downloads or podcasts. Its great for me. I will now take the other USB cable in my computer bag for business trips. No more crawling under desks!
