It's been 6 weeks since Corsair said they would replace it, still haven't gotten the new one. I had a problem with a Kingston flash drive before, and the service was much better.

Rubber body is a plus but lack of solid body underneath is a minus. The part that goes into usb broke. I think if this device was attached to a key chain over time it get lost since in my opinion rubber part will not hold it well. I wanted to give this product 4 stars but when I was reading description for the stars it said that with 4 stars I would purchase product. That's the resason I would not buy it.
