Comment: Recently replaced my cooker with a brand new one from appliances direct following a recommendation from a friend - I found their site very easy to navigate, found just what I was looking for and it was the cheapest I could find online. To my amazement the delivery was actually on time, and the delivery men were very helpful. Ten out of ten! Thanks

Comment: Terrible! ! ! I am a frequent buyer of online goods of all kinds. I find that online retailers in general are aware that great customer services and speed of delivery means everything these days - NOT to appliances direct! The lady that we spoke to was RUDE and extremely unhelpful. Our concern was why delivery of goods took as long as 14 working days (almost 3 weeks!!!) which we were told when we chased the order, they say this is standard (they dont make this perfectly clear when you order), even though most competitors will deliver within 3-5 days. When we called we were told the item would be in stock soon that week and someone would call us. We didnt receive a call and had to chase up again, this time they said it hadnt arrived and that it would be the following week & they would call us. NO phone call the following week & of course no item....were still waiting...

Comment: What a refreshing change - a professional, reliable and friendly service! and the best price to boot!I was delighted with the level of service from the start of the ordering via the telephone (freephone not a premium rate number)the item I had selected was not in stock and I was advised it would be about 14 days so I asked for an alternative that would be quicker the friendly chap on the phone matched a washing machine to my needs (better spec, lower price and a "free 5 year warranty") Every step of the order was as per their promises and thats a 1st. This is the 1st time I have put pen to paper (or fingers to keyboard) to say well done guys! its usually the opposite these days. Thanks Guys: Jonty

Comment: I definately recommend this company to anyone. These guys had the best variety of kitchen appliances than ive seen on any web site. There were very detailed descriptions, and the sales staff were very helpful for my novice questions. 7 days after ordering i received a call letting me know that my units would be delivered on the thursday and gave me the couriers contact info. 10 days to get a full kitchen of appliances delivered... not too shabby if you ask me!

Comment: Just though i express how pleased i am to place an order, with this company! From start to finish it been a excellent service.. While placing the order the sale advisor has been most helpful. We wasnt sure on the exact side by side refridgerator we wanted for our kitchen, so explain to the sale advisor our needs! He recommended a few and we had made our choice. The advisor did advise it can be upto 7-14 working days for delivery. But i was amazed when i receive a call from there Customercare department on Thursday 14th to advise that the side by side refridgerator, was ready to be despatched. And advised the earliest delivery date would be Monday if its suitable! They even phoned on Friday to advise that it will be a Pm delivery and that the driver will precall to make sure someone home..Well it arrived today and the driver help to unpacked the item.. The product is excellent and perfect for our newly finished kitchen!Will recommend Appliances direct to anyone!!!

Comment: What a breath of fresh air this company is - the after sales staff are friendly and very helpful - they finish off the experience. Very helpful sales staff with the best knowledge and they even got me some info that was not on there site. Quick delivery - would easily reccomend.
