Comment: I ordered a camera from this company and although it gave me an order number at the end of the process I received no email confirmation, so I had no idea whether or not my order had actually been received. I had to submit an enquiry as to if my order had been received and eventually received a reply stating that the camera had only just come in I assume they meant they received stock. My camera did turn up the next day however...

Comment: Very clear pricing and stock information. I ordered my camera with an accessories bundle which arrived the next day as promised. I wanted to upgrade one of the items in the bundle which involved contacting customer services by email. They responded within a few hours on the same day as my order and made the changes with no delay to the delivery.
