Comment: This is the second time i shop at Camerabox and I was amazed the first time by the 24 hour delivery all the way from UK to Malta. I shop regularly online from various European countries and I have never received anything this fast. The phone call to confirm the address was a nice little bonus in terms of service. It made the whole transaction feel that much more professional and reliable. Also, being able to track the package the whole way was awesome along with the links to local DHL for quick and easy delivery planning.Now that I have received my second order I must say I'm disappointed. After having made such a great first impression this time my order came incomplete and I'm still (over one week later) waiting for one of the items. The first half of it which arrived was messed up so I had to call several times to get them to get the package away.

Comment: I have ordered a camcorder from Camerabox and the web site is very user friendly, everything is clearly explained. No surprises and keen prices. Bundle prices give extra savings on accessories. I'd recommend this site to others.

Comment: I have not actually recieved any orders as yet but the online experience has so far been good. The only issue is the "same day despatch...next day delivery" which was not true as it tanspired to be next day despatch - hey ho - I like the fact there were no hidden charges and that the company openly states it is UK based as most on-line camera suppliers are in fact in Hong Kong and do there level best to hide this fact.

Comment: I had a problem with delivery. Agent wasn't able confirm my deatails 3 days. I ordered my prodact 5 days past delivery day so I spand other £20 for calls to agency.
