Comment: Placed my order at 2pm on the Tuesday for my Sony Bravia at possibly the best price on the net. I was informed the item was in stock and to expect a call from the warehouse to arrange delivery. To my suprise they phoned me back within the hour to arrange delivery for the next day. Being a pessimist I thought this was too good to be true!!Wednesday morning at 9am my TV arrived what an amazing service.

Comment: Excellent service from the callback within an hour of placing the order to inform me pleasantly that it would be delivered the next day to the call this morning to tell me when I could expect to see the Sony Bravia I ordered at the most competitive price on the net,this product was delivered less than 24hours from when I placed the order!!havent even unpacked it yet but the speed of the transaction was superb plus the delivery men were polite,freindly and professional.I would definitely patronize this company again and recommend it to anyone with a kid prone to pushing over TV sets and who needs a replacement FAST before the wife gets back from her mothers!:-)they even chipped in cables F.O.C!A 5 star performance all the way!!....now I have to unpack the dang thing!

Comment: I read reviews before placing my order for Sony Bravia. The supplier had the highest number of positive reviews. I thought that one has to be lucky to get such service as described in some reviews but thought it could not go too bad. In comparison to other online suppliers there was no delivery cost depending to time of delivery and it seemed to be too good to be true. I placed the order at 2pm and within an hour received a phone call informing me that my TV would be delivered the following day. I still could not believe and was prepared for changes to happen. The following morning I had another phone call from the delivery team advising roughly about the time when my item was expected to be at my address. They predicted to arrive around 12 but arrived at 1pm!!! Can anyone expect more! This is the best service that you can dream of an online shop.

Comment: Item was not in stock. They then told me on 2/5/08 that the item was not in stock and would arrive on 7/5/08. When I heard nothing I had to phone them a number of times, only to be told after 3 calls over 2 days that the earliest I could expect the item is in June. I cancelled the order, but they have so far refused to confirm this in an email. I hope they dont hold on to my money, almost £1000. Hate to say this, but Dixons seem a lot better and will match their prices.

Comment: i ordered a lg us fridge/freezer on wednesday 7th may 2008 early afternoon and they said they would phone an hour before delvery they phoned the next day and said they would be about 20/30 mins that was not even 24hours the two men were very helpfull and very polite everywhere eles was between 7-14 days delv the price was the chepest around i would highly recomend them again
