Comment: Received email and phone call asking me to call international number in France before order could be despatched. Had to find a friend with international dialling capability and pay them to use phone, only to get some Frech guy tell me they didnt need me to call after all. Not very clever.In all fairness, after that, the delivery was very quick.

Comment: I ordered through a cash back site and the cash back for Pixmania is not yet showing (10 days later). Secondly, somewhere in very small print there is a clause which states my camera may not be sent with English Instructions, I only discovered this after receiving the camera and instructions NOT in English. You can only get in touch with customer services via telephone at national rate, no email enquiries. On the positive side, the delivery was good but I am unlikely to use the website again.

Comment: Everything was fine until I received emails from Monsieur Prout in France, telling me that they had to get extra confirmation from American express in order to validate my card. This involved me in 2 telephone calls to France and one to Amex in Kuala Lumpur. This completely soured me against Pixmania. The saving simply wasnt worth the hassle. So, either take Amex without the extra checking, or dont take it at all
