Comment: fast delivery.washing machine badly damaged.5 emails to pixamania,2 phone calls to currys,11 phone calls to hotpoint/indeset +e mails + 2 registered letters and the damn thing is still out the back garden 6 weeks latter.presently in the hands of consumer rights. update just recieved yet another premium rate number from indeset.stay away from all firms concerned,mad merry go round///////////

Comment: Ordered a washing on Saturday and was offered a delivery slot on the Wednesday. When we called to change the time they agent was more than happy to help. Absolutely no problems and more than happy with the service. Will purchase again for Pixmania.

Comment: worst Customer Care ever and worse company to deal with.What ever you do STAY AWAY from them. I have ordered an item which I returned more than 2 months later I am still awaiting a refund. Alice Walker is supose to be the Manager. To this day I still have got no response from Alice Walker if the is an Alice there anyways. I have spoken to their customer care agents, the supervisors, Nanna RASMUSSEN. their emails are n.rasmussen@pixmania.com and a.walker@pixmania.com. Their customer care has no power the Supervisors send me to Nanna and Alice. what a joke of a company. the excuse is the call centre is in Romania but office in France. And aparently they dont have one telephone number for the office in France. Anyways I have now contacted a solicitor and will sue them... Again STAY AWAY. Not worth the few euros you are saving cause if the product is not right or broken you are truely screwed !!!!
