Comment: I oredered a washing machine( which was delivered in 4 days. the fridge frezer after 3 unanswered e mails , 4 telephone calls to electrical discount, who at the time informed me the carrier had the item, i finally obtained via electrical discounts the carriers telephone number and phoned them who told me the item had been lying in their depot for 11 days. when i challenged electrical discounts the reply, these things happen. it would appear nobody checks e mails of complaint, i would question the poor business accumen of the customer care department which i feel like the department there is no customer care staff to look into customers complaints. i at no time received any documentation for the items i purchased.Having said all that i would probably use electrical discounts again, albeit with tongue in cheek
