Comment: I went through the entire order process, using American Express, since the website clearly stated that American Express was accepted, and it also had it on the drop down list. A pop up then appeared to say that Amex was not accepted. Then a new window came up to say thank you for completing my order. Then an email was sent saying thank you for the order, and that the breadmaker, if the order was successful, would be sent. The heading of the email was "Please contact Digital Empire", but no phone number was given in the heading or the email body. When I found a number and rang it I was told I had to go through the whole order process again on line, since he couldnt do it on the phone because I wanted to send it to a different address from the invoice address. Given that I know the breadmaker is available elsewhere at exactly the same price I was very tempted to simply buy it elsewhere in case the next booking experience was as bad.

Comment: This is ther second time I have used DEO and the first experience was very positive DEO doing exactly what they promised and the price of the goods was the cheapest on the net. I now look forward to the same excellent service on my most recent purchase, again cheapest on the net.

Comment: So far so good, highly competitive price and free delivery,what more can one wish for.The goods arrived much sooner than expected, but it wont be opened until Xmas,but no problems are anticipated, so a first class service and highly recommended.

Comment: Ordered a microwave oven 4 Nov. Rang DEO after a week to enquire as to its arrival date. Told by rep that batch from Sharpe was rejected, and did we not get the Email? new delivery 0n 24th we would receive our oven on 25th. 25th nothing arrived. We rang on 25th asking when the oven would be delivered. After 10 minutes on the phone to a helpful chap,it transpired he Sharpe could not deliver o them. We really needed the microwave now having been without one since 4 Nov. Asked to cancel the order an requested a refund, chap says should be in the bank within 5 orking days. Two more Emails have followed to DEO asking for a status report. Seems in common with others who have written on this site we have been ignored. For whatever reason this is not good enough. In these difficult trading times, would you not think the customer service should be outstanding? went onto Currys website, bought the same item for less money and collected within 1 hour. well done Currys!

Comment: Avoid!! They take your money but dont deliver the goods and when you try to contact them they just ignore you. Have sent email upon email but have had no response. Will now have to go to my card supplier to try and get my money back. Very Shoddy.
