Comment: The PC did not include the key code for the software stated as included on the website, their response was for me to return the item for a refund!. Not much use after I had almost finished setting up installed additional drive etc, and managed to get through to customer services.Previous experiance of the returns process was a nightmare, so they got away with it.They are cheap, but you pay for it if you need to return anything.

Comment: At 17:00 I called sales who confirmed availability. Sales also confirmed that an order placed before 17:45 could be delivered next day.At 17:15 I placed an order for this item with a premium pre 10:30am delivery. I then called sales who confirmed that payment had been authorised and that the item would be shipped.On Wednesday at 10:00am I rang sales to confirm dispatch and was told that the item had not been sent but that it would definately arrive the following morning.At 17:00 I rang sales to confirm disptach and was kept waiting for several minutes and then told that the item could not be found in the warehouse and was no longer available.At all times I made it clear that this was an urgent order and that pre 10:30am delivery was essential.* PROMISES WERE MADE THAT COULD NOT BE FULFILLED* COMPLETE FAILURE TO KEEP ME INFORMED OF PROGRESSThis incident has caused me some serious inconvenience and I have been forced to use an alternative supplier.

Comment: have used microdirect for sometime now and they have never let me down,either in the quality of their products or delivery service.their pricing is 1 of the best on the net and i now only shop here for my pc requirements.first class microdirect,keep it up

Comment: The prices and delivery are very good but just hope you never get a faulty part because the customer support does not answer emails or the telephone "I had to telephone sales to get in touch for a returns number" and I do not know when they will replace my faulty from new processor as they will not give a date.

Comment: One of the worst customer service in UK. No replies to even Google Customer Service emails as I paid up using Google. I wouldnt advise any one to trust them. Missing or damaged items and no contact even accepting that the items were missing. Stay clear if you want to save the misery.

Comment: Ive used MicroDirect for many years now and only had 1 single problem when their systems crashed, thats out of hundreds of orders.I have placed orders right up to 5pm and still had them arrive the following day using standard delivery.Superb company :-)

Comment: Ive ordered regularly from Microdirect for the past two years, from large orders of components to one off single items. The prices are always fair with excellent selection and an effective website - delivery and after sales service is the best Ive come accross when ordering online.

Comment: I have still to receive part of this order, despite the item being shown as in stock, and taking my money!I have sent several emails, and quite some time on both their sales and Customer Service 0870 number, which is never answered.Their after sales support is useless, do not bother with this company, there are better, honest, dealers out there.
