Comment: Not a stress free experience - waited 10 days for delivery and goods received damaged. In the end waited nearly five weeks for alternative replacement to be delivered and damaged goods to be uplifted. Lack of communication and emails unanswered added to the stress.

Comment: Item delivered next day but was faulty, RMA form was provided same day by email. Initially contacting them was fine but once Id sent the form it took several phone calls chasing unanswered emails to confirm the replacment would be delivered on the day Id specificed. To their credit it did turn up much earlier than the absolute latest time slot Id given them.
