Comment: Ordered a Beko fridge/freezer from Shop4Electricals and they kept us informed wih regular emails on the status of the order. When they received a white model instead of the silver one we ordered, they phoned us to explain the delay and quickly re-ordered the correct model. The appliance was delivered on time and our payment wasnt taken until the item was shipped. Pleased with the purchase, has been working without problems for a couple of months now.

Comment: Good experience. Was a little disappointed in teh time it took to get here. I was hoping that it would have arrive quicker. Overall the purchase went smoothly otherwise. Speok with teh sales staff and they helpful enough.

Comment: Overall very happy with my purchase. The delivery time took longer than expected. For the price I was willing to wait. Overall very happy with this purchase. Phone calls were hard to get through, however they must be very busy. With their prices Im not surprised!

Comment: Excellent service. Item was ordered easily followed by a phone call from a helpful lady stating that delivery would be in 6 days. The item arrived on the day as promised. Really happy to get the new washine machine installed, the kids clothes were starting to turn into a filth mountain!!Good work Shop4eletricals. Will be coming back.

Comment: I would not make another purchase from, nor would I recommend, this merchant. Item ordered 01.11.07. No delivery time specified @ ordering. S4E phoned next day & said delivery was between 5-15 WORKING DAYS! Money for item taken 5.11.07. Rang to try to expedite delivery and was told delivery company would contact me - S4E had their money, they washed their hands re delivery. Delivery company, Ideliver2U, rang 17 working days later to arrange delivery. I was away so asked for delivery in week I would be back. ID2U promised to call to confirm day. They did not & when I rang them, was told they did not have a full van for my area so could not deliver that week. I was away again till 9.01.08 & rang them on return & delivery 48 hours later. Asked S4E to help by email but they did nothing. Very, very poor service & a "1 man + 1 van" delivery company - not what I expect via online shopping!
