Comment: The process was easy to use, although finding out whether the item is in stock or the proposed delivery dates was not straight forward.After agreeing the delivery times for the product the delivery company rang up and offered something completely different and asked what it was they were delievering as they were not sure. Which didnt fill me full of confidence. Not sure the installation I paid for was worth the money either
