Comment: A few issues on how to obtain phone assistance, yes can be found but a visible number would have been better. No details on delivery as in probable times and dates until too close to ending the order, a FAQ would help

Comment: Excellent price for a quality product. Inflexibilty of delivery address with credit card payment was a major pain as I needed to leave the office for an hour on a very busy day so I may need to reconsider choosing Superfi next time. This is the first shipping company I have experienced who have refused to change the address to my work address for the second delivery attempt.
