Rating: Comment: Appaling customer service, telephone number only takes you to despatch dept & they refuse to transfer you to another department regarding queries. My order was cancelled, but they still processed & debited credit card. I have had to pay cost of return postage. Theyve had the item back two weeks now & still no sign of refund. Email responses are fob-offs with no real information. Would not recommend to anyone. |

Rating: Comment: A few issues on how to obtain phone assistance, yes can be found but a visible number would have been better. No details on delivery as in probable times and dates until too close to ending the order, a FAQ would help |
