Comment: The purchase and delivery was very smooth, unfortunately the TV that was delivered was faulty, this was when we encountered problems. They appeared very reluctant to accept a return and stated that if they didnt deem the product faulty we would only received a 75% refund and in any event we would have to pay to return the faulty item. After a minimum of 20 telephone calls we finally got a full refund (minus delivery) some 3 weeks after the TV was returned to them.

Comment: Ordering was easy, however will reseve judgement until the goods have arrived!Goods arrived on time, only issue was with the delivery man not helping my wife in with the rather heavy delivery.

Comment: Had such a good experience with this company. Ordered a Panasonic TX-32LZD85 at 9pm on Tuesday evening. By lunchtime the next day I received a phone call confirming delivery (with a choice of days) and the TV was delivered at 10am on the Friday. I cannot fault this companys service and would definitely recommend/use again. They were also the cheapest!!

Comment: 3 days from order to delivery and a phone call the day after ordering to confirm preferred delivery date was a nice touch. Confirmation email giving ability to track delivery would have made the transaction perfect but overall a very good service and would recommend to others

Comment: I placed my order on the Tuesday, received a confirmation e-mail & phone call within 2 hours. Offered delivery that Thursday, but due to work took delivery on the following Wednesday. Service excellent & price charged as on net. Excellent.
