Comment: 5 Stars the best, 1 Star the worst:Delivery: ****Price : *****Design : ***Product : ****Customer Service : ***I have also bought the package from Gadget Asia. DHL which arrive in 4 days. No tax at all. Maybe lucky. I do think even you have to pay 9 pounds as tax, its still cheaper than anywhere in UK.I have an earphone missing, contact their ticket system and it tooks a little bit long to reply, around 30 hours. Should improve with this. The finally send it back to me by Royal Mail and it arrives in 8 days. Fair or just pass considering it is a after sales service.Overall, I think they did take care for after sales. Em I think Jacky Wearn can tell them its within 7 days, the CS told me this when I ask about warranty, you should let them know and so your 5 pounds can be saved.

Comment: hi My purchase from Gadget Asia arrived in record time ,was well packaged and excellent value for money,there was a slight problem with the order but after speaking directly with customer service was rectified immediately and with a very professional and helpful manner (thank you Alan).This company is very helpful they value your custom and try extra hard to keep their customers happy ,any problems are usually rectified by their very effective email ticket system or as a last resort by telephone.Thank you once again everybody at Gadget Asia for a very pleasant shopping experience ;0) Mike uk

Comment: Gadet-Asia may be OK if your initial order is fine, but God help you if it?s not. I ordered a Nintendo DS Lite console & game on July 26th and my order is still not complete.The parcel arrived very promptly on the 30th July, apparently undamaged, but when the console was first turned on the top screen had a dead area covering around a square inch. I reported the fault the following day using their ticket system, requesting an RMA.I had trouble getting an RMA. Once I got one and returned the console they denied receipt for two weeks after Royal Mail said it had been delivered. Once they?d admitted receipt, agreed the fault existed and fixed it they tried to make out it was my fault and demanded it was my fault (it wasn?t).Three times they closed my ticket without explanation. Their customer service system is solely to obstruct people with problems. Two months later they still have not returned my console and are demanding payment for repairs before doing so.

Comment: THIS COMPANY IS A WASTE OF YOUR TIME!!Not only did I receive a bill from customs that I had to pay, the games card I received was faulty and I had to pay the return postage without receiving the refund I was promised.When ever I try to contact them through their ticket system the day after they close it without even responding.I waited 2 months to get a replacement game from them and only then because I had proof of delivery. I had to send that on to them because they kept denying they had it.Totally useless.

Comment: I received a game that I didnt order. I have opened a ticket with them and contacted the seller regarding this issue and got back a reply saying that the item was out of stock and sometimes the games change in order to deliver them quicker. This makes no sense and is unacceptable. They havent contacted me saying that it was out of stock or that theyll send me a totally different game.I opened a dispute with paypal, and all of sudden they say that they shipped the correct item and removed my ticket from their site. This store is a joke.

Comment: i ordered the GTA 4 game expecting it to be out of stock (like amozan and every other site i tried) and i recieved it after the weekend which was great. i have decided to order or white ps3 so ill let you know how that turns out.
