Comment: We bought a Nintendo DS lite from Gadget Asia, after signing for the parcel we noticed the box had been opened and the DS had been stolen by the postman. We informe Gadget Asia that the post office was investigating the theft and was shocked that they smply issued us with a replacement item by just signing a document to say that if the original was recovered we would return it to them.You would not get this kind of excelent service in the UK.A+

Comment: I was after one of the rarer coloured Nintendo DSs so I ordered one from Gadget Asia - found them on an eBay link, so this gave me confidence. The DS then arrived in the UK within a week but due to a Royal Mail mess-up, the item was returned to Hong Kong without me even knowing it had got to the UK. I contacted Gadget Asia via their ticket system (a 2-way chat forum between you & them) & not too long after the item was sent by DHL. I tracked the item via the DHL website through 16 different destinations & it arrived at my house just 4 hours after my last update - Brilliant!! Overall I found Gadget Asia to be very cooperative throughout the process & the end result was good.Darren Seymour, Bristol UK

Comment: When the games bundle on our DS started playing up, Gadget-Asia said it could have been left near electronic equipment (very likely) but that theyd replace it for £20. We were very impressed when the new cassette arrived. It had 43 games instead of the 20 we had originally paid for. A great bonus!

Comment: order delt with within 24 hours and shipped a hk registered mail tracking number recieved all goods recieved in good state ordered 3 times off this company all arrived within 6 days not bad from hong kong

Comment: Great seller highly recommend dont be scarred because company is over seas and the prices look too good to be true believe me they are true and well worth it. Dont recommend paying extra postage to have delivery made via Fed-Ex because Fed-Ex then invoice you direct for inport duty and delivery into the UK the price you pay to Gadget Asia mealy gets it out of Hong Kong. Royal Mail post acceptable but allow anything upto a month for delivery but does not usually take this long. I have made five separate purchases from this company and would have no hesitation in returning to order again.

No tax at all. Maybe lucky. I do think even you have to pay 9 pounds as tax, its still cheaper than anywhere in UK.I have an earphone missing, contact their ticket system and it tooks a little bit long to reply, around 30 hours. Should improve with this. The finally send it back to me by Royal Mail and it arrives in 8 days. Fair or just pass considering it is a after sales service.Overall, I think they did take care for after sales. Em I think Jacky Wearn can tell them its within 7 days, the CS told me this when I ask about warranty, you should let them know and so your 5 pounds can be saved.
