Comment: What a wonderful customer service! In 5 minutes of sending a note to the sales team I have received an answer explaining that my payment has been authorised and is likely to arrive on date! And I did receive the order as specified.

Comment: I ordered a 3XS PC system from Scan Computers using their on-line customisation and order facility. From receipt of the order, Scan continued to keep me informed of the build progress by emails, phone calls and their web tracking feature. When the system was completed and fully tested, Scan sent me an email advising me of this. Then, at 7.30pm the same evening, Scan sent me a text message to let me know that the PC had been uplifted by the courier and would be delivered the next day - which it was. Packing was excellent, and the 3XS PC is certainly the best I have ever bought.I would not hesitate to recommend Scan. Their staff are professional, efficient, friendly and very helpful. The quality of their service, support and workmanship is excellent.

Comment: Scan are the best PC company I have had the pleasure to deal with. I purchased 3XS V3 Gamer system from them which is just fantastic. This is my first PC I have bought for gaming & I am not disappointed with the quality, or performance. I couldnt find a better price anywhere & the customer service provided was friendly & never SALESMAN. They wanted to help & build the right machine. These guys have really pride in their products & rightly so.Well Done SCAN...... :)

Comment: I have to agree with the other reviewers. I bought a 3XS 680i computer, it arrived within two weeks (just before Xmas), and is a top product. Apart from being beautifully made, it runs even quieter than my old Dell, and I believe the price to be competitive. The sales advice was expert, and not directed toward getting me to spend more. If anything, the reverse. Well done guys, I recommend these people.

Comment: I ordered a new PC from Scan and have been very impressed with the quality of service that I have received at every stage.The customisation options on the site are excellent with lots of detail about each component. Feedback on the build progress is head and shoulders above anything else I have seen - you even see a mugshot of the person that completed each build stage! The system itself arrived on the date that I specified, was very well packaged and has come exactly as specified (no trialware!). I cant recommend this company highly enough and have already placed another order with them. Excellent!

Comment: The 6 days it took was for building the computer and delivery which is far quicker than i expected it to be. The system is fantastic and exactly what I required. The 3XS team kept me up to date with the construction of my system with regular emails and updates on their website so I could view my system throughout its build.Excellent company, I will definatly buy from them again.

Comment: Without hesitation I would buy from this merchant. One of the best experiences ever which I would strongly recommend to anyone. Staff were courteous, helpful and extremely knowledgeable. The best of components were used and the ensuing build simply first class - a thing of great beauty!

Comment: Easy to use web interface to configre the machine I required. The initial motherboard was out of stock, but Scan suggested a suitable replacement which Im very happy with. Good delivery time, quality kit, and it runs great.Ive bought a system from Scan before, and I wouldnt hesitate to buy from them again.

Comment: The pc selection and customisation worked perfectly, I could select every component I wanted without getting anything I didnt want. The order tracking shows where in their 10 stage system the order is and even whos working on it right now with a little photo and a technicians profile (Its nice to put a face to a name).On the occasions I talked to customer service, they always knew their stuff and were genuinly nice to talk to. Everything arrived on the requested day and eveything worked perfectly without trouble. The best customer experience Ive had with any company for years, cant say better. Id give them six out of five stars if I could.

Comment: I bought nearly £500 worth of components and it was worth every penny just for the customer service and customer support alone. Every single person I spoke to was polite, helpfull and all knew their stuff. Well done Scan good service is so hard to find these days.
