Rating: Comment: Jessops not only failed to complete the next day delivery, the item sent, a digital picture frame did not meet their specification. We ordered it as they claimed on their website that it accepted XD cards. This however was not the case. Jessops felt that they had done nothing wrong although their website was obviously wrong. This incorrect information still is outstanding and they have done nothing to correct their website even though I have notified them of the error. |
