Comment: Cant fault the service. Clear website, clear indication of stock levels, competitive prices, quick and easy checkout. As a bonus, the goods were despatched and received very quickly, even though Id opted for free delivery.Id certainly use this company again, even more so after a recent unsatisfactory experience (and not for the first time) with one of its competitors.

Comment: Very positve, site stated that they were awaiting stock, phoned to enquire when they would be receiving the stock. I was unable to get through but left a message. A return call from the staff, which was both polite and curteous that they would check the e.t.a. and get back to me, which they did and was informed that they would receive stock within two weeks.Although I was only shopping for a memory reader and could have got one sooner from one of the other sites searched, I found it refreshing that the person who I originally spoke to took the trouble to call me back with all the details, was polite and cheerful that I decided to wait and place the order with them...plus they were the cheapest site offering the type of card reader that I was looking for.
