Comment: I bought a red 2gb Sansa clip and was extremely pleased and amazed at the capacity of the unit.I mistakenly showed it to my grandson aged 7 and am now having to buy him a blue Sansa so that I can reclaim my red one! Very easy to load tunes using Windows media player.

Comment: i had a slight fault with an mp3 player i purchased from memorycard zoo.i referred to the companies returns policy and returned the player back to them,with a description of my problem.the player was replaced,no questions asked,and with a very quick delivery service.i cannot praise the companys customer care service highly enough.first class all round service.many thanks.
