Comment: Website is not updated for out of stcok items, money is taken from your card immediately, I had to use live chat to discover this aftEr the expected delivery came and past. Item isnt in stock and they wont committ to sending it by special delivery. I now have a disappointed 5 year old. MAKE SURE ITEM IS IN STOCK BEFORE ORDERING

Comment: I ordered a 8GB USB memory device on 10/11/08.Money was taken from my account 11/11/08.Nothing arrived. So I repeatedly contacted them and eventually they "claimed to have" sent a replacement on 18/11/08.NO Goods ever arrived. MemoryBits has repeatedly lied to me, fobbed me off and tried to delay doing anything. They failed to deliver ANY goods, and to respond to my repeated requests for a refund. I am still waiting.... my advice DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY as they lie and cheat.

Comment: *** Truely, monumentally awful customer service ! **Ordered on the Thursday, email confirmation Thursday pm saying" Order ready for despatch"Called following Tuesday after no delivery to be told by 3 different people that the order:1. Was despatched yesterday2. Would be despatched today3. Both items were out of stock Web Chat equiry line took 38 minutes !!Would never, ever, possibly even think of using them again !

Comment: Terrible company, I cancelled the order but it was still sent out. Customer service is terrible. Still waiting for a refund and was asked to chase up the order with the Post office myself! My advice shop with trusted companies.

Comment: Ordered item Tuesday. Despite MB adds on "Next day shipment" they did only dispatch next Tuesday (item were on stock as per MB site).MB does not reply to several e-mails.The item were returned due to very late delivery. Only after several reminders have they promised to credit my card (the modules were returned more than one month ago).AVOID Doing any business with Memorybits - they have no functional after sale service.

Comment: This was a great buy. Was really impressed that the memory cards came with an adaptor, making it possible to use in a variety of different products. Am currently using it in my phone, but have also used it in my digital camera. Downloading pictures on to the computer is an absolute wizz with the adaptor, pop it into the card memory and you are sorted.

Comment: I was looking for 8gb pro duo for my cybershots camera. Memorybits was one of the topmost links to show up on Google search, undoubtedly for a reason. Not only do they have quite a range of memory on offer, they also do them at unmatched prices! the delivery was quick too! Whilst on the site, I bought myself a Crumpler case I was looking for. Its a one stop shop for gadget accessories.
