Comment: I have been a regular online buyer for years and have never had a bad experience until I tried Kitchenscience. I ordered a dishwasher from them at the beginning of June and was promised delivery two weeks later. I was given a delivery date and waited in all day for it to arrive but it never turned up. I phoned them and was told that it had been despatched and could still turn up. It was now 6pm. I phoned the following day and after some interogation on my part, the assistant told me that in fact, the dishwasher had never been in stock. I was then assured that there was stock due to arrive the following day and that my order would be given priority. I held back from asking for a refund only because the assistant promised me that my dishwasher would be delivered on the 28th. I phoned three more times during the week to check on progress only to be told that I had no outstanding orders. I phoned again on the 28th and was told that my order had not been despatched. I then went to Comet!

Comment: They quickly debited my card. I gave them nearly 2 weeks to deliver but on the delivery date the goods didnt turn up. I called Kitchen Science up and they just gave me the courier number so that I could chase the delivery up myself. The courier company had no record of the delivery and on calling Kitchen Science back I discovered they hadnt even placed the order.There was no one at Kitchen Science to tell me what was going to happen next just two disinterestd and unapologetic salespeople.Still waiting for someone to call me back to tell me whats happening.This company is useless. Only buy from them is you like to be messed around.

Comment: The customer service is horrible. They promise the things but never kept to it. I dont purchase any more items from this merchant. And also I dont recommend to any of my friends.
