Comment: Laskys was good as a shop, but as an online company I would definitely not recommend it. Bought chest freezer and Laskys took money from account straight away. Got email next morning to say freezer had been despatched, followed by phone call from sullen Laskys employee to tell me that the freezer was out of stock (go figure...) and delivery would not be for another two weeks. I couldnt wait that long so cancelled order, only to be told I wouldnt be refunded for 5 working days. Funny how they can take the money straight away but it takes them an age to refund it. My advice; dont touch with a barge pole.

Comment: Do not buy from this company, after recieving a damaged dishwasher, the customer services refused to replace the damaged item even though it is still in its original packaging and the fact that i was advised by the company this would be ok to sign for it unchecked. The customer service team got really abusive laughed at me and even used bad language, refused to give me his name, or the manager name or let me talk to a manager. i still have the damaged product and no replacement, and still after numerous phone calls no satifaction. They are happy to take your money but i still have a seriously damaged item. customer service is a joke.

Comment: Rotten company to deal with. They accepted my online order and took payment from my credit card then, next day, they sent me an email saying that they were going to refund my card with no explanation at all why. They obviously have no understanding of customer service or just simply keeping their word - I will never deal with them again and will advise my friends to do the same.

Comment: Laskeys cancelled my order on the day I placed it. I called and the nice man stated that there was no business at the post code supplied - a multi national corp which had been on this site 6 years! I advised that they update database from regular provider. They were not able to process the order, confirm a delivery date, or offer any solution to the problem.Web site is excellent, shame I am repeating issues already reported. Will not use again.

Comment: Don?t buy from laskys.com Their customer support is awful. They won?t allow me to return a high value Apple item untouched and still in its entire original packaging as it is past the 7 days minimum stipulated by the distance selling regulations.It was actually about two weeks from when I purchased it for my girlfriends birthday, as it turns out she didnt like the gift.WARNING don?t buy anything from them if you expect fair treatment

Comment: What horrendous service!I ordered a Samsung HT-TZ212R Home Cinema System on the 8 August. On the 9th I received an email saying the order had been cancelled because my address did not match up. I was advised to ring my bank which I did and they said there should not be a problem with the order and they had in fact authorised it. I rang Laskys back explaining this and they said to reorder it which I did but they still had the same problem. However the girl on the phone said she could fix the order as it seemed okay to go ahead. However on the 11th August I received an email cancelling the order because of an address mis-match! I have bought a 6000 pound car on my card in the last month and didnt have this problem. So I said I would pay by credit card, but because I hadnt used the card for so long the order was blocked and so I had to ring my credit card company to unblock it. I rang Laskys back at 6.50pm only to be put on hold and then when I was put through I was immediately cut off.

Comment: I ordered a Samsung Tv on the 17th of June. I was sent an email confirmation the price and date of delivery. 1 day prior to the delivery of the Tv I received an email that said "The following items have been successfully cancelled from order" and went on to list the only item I purchased (namely the Tv)??? I phoned to query this and was told that my order was cancelled because they now require proof of address and want a utility bill. I pointed out that my credit card is listed to the same address provided and that should be enough. No where in the process did they mention this was a requirement and why are they now bringing this up 1 day prior to delivery? Needless to say I wont buy through them again.
