Comment: sO FAR JUST ORDERED BUT FOUND THE SITE PLAIN SIMPLE AND SO EASY TO USE, EVEN FOR A BEGINNER TO INTERNET SHOPPING LIKE ME. WOULD HAVE LIKED A LITTLE MORE COMMUNICATION ON DELIVERY I HAD TO RING AFTER 9 WORKING DAYS THEY COULD DELIVERY ON THE 10TH IF IT WAS TO THE DOOR ONLY AND NOT BROUGHT INTO THE HOUSE (THIS WAS NO PROBLEM JUST TO THE DOOR)BUT TO HAVE BEEN TOLD EARLY ON HOW LONG WOULD HAVE BEEN NICE AND NOT HAD TO HAVE RUNG TO FIND OUT.

Comment: What a straightforward site which let me through first time without a hitch. Thanks, Ill certainly use this site again.On second thoughts when the company contacted me and informed me that they didnt have the model i had selected (chosen on the basis of a Which recommendation) I was very disappointed

Comment: Placing the order was straightforward and trouble free. Customer services were very helpful and courteous, and I got through to them without being kept on the line. Delivery was when they said it would be. All together a very satisfying experience and they were the cheapest to boot.
