Comment: colour of product was silver instead of black seen on the web site, and even when I did called to ask for the colour I was told that it is black but what they delivered was silver.

Comment: So far a clear and easy to navigate website for placing orders.You could, however, confirm that the payment details page is secure by means of a clear banner as many other sites do. I had to look for the padlock icon on my browser bar.

Comment: I couldnt see an add to basket option or buy now button when viewing the product page (using firefox v.2 on a windows pc). I had to search for the product and use the buy button that was shown on the list page.Delivery went to wrong address 3 times (delivery man left note at wrong house twice and he called us on the 3rd attempt) so managed to work out he was at the wrong house.My order/invoice clearly stated no. 27, but the address label on the box stated 21 - very poor!
