Comment: They are without doubt worst online retailer I have ever encountered - and by a wide margin.Ordered a food processor, received an acknowledgment that delivery would not be for 6 to 9 working days. I canceled the order and received confirmation this had been done the following day.Then I received another email advising that the goods had been dispatched for delivery. Even the telephone number on the email acknowledgment was wrong and played a recording to ring a different number. The woman in the inaptly named Customer Service Department? informed me that there would be no delivery and my credit card would not be charged.They went ahead and delivered the goods and charged my card. Emailed them yet again and received an auto response that they would reply with two weeks.They finally arranged to pick-up the goods this morning and I waited in for the courier. No collection, no call to say they werent sending anyone, just wasted my entire morning.
