Rating: Comment: Beware buyers do not buy from this retailer Tgrav.com ...I Purchased a Graphics card on 6/2/08 it was supposedly sent the same day.It failed to arrive by 15/2/08 so Contacted customer services to tell them that it had not arrived I received a very brief reply the same day that they would check with their warehouse and let me know. 6 days later on 20/2/08 Tgrav.com Customer services had still not contacted me concerning my order so I Emailed customer services again to see where my order was and what was the outcome of their check with the warehouse ,It is now 22/2/08 and still no response from customer services.So I Emailed customer services again it is now 23/2/08 and guess what no reply from customer services .They obviously dont care.I have asked that they respond but they dont.I will keep trying to get them to respond .Its simple Tgrav.com if you are not going to supply the graphics card then return payment back to my VISA card. ...So be warned do not buy from this retailer |
