Comment: Unable to change delivery option from 1-3 days to 5.30pm -09.00pm next evening delivery for the extra £8.50 extra charge was not an option at the check out, and I am now left with a delivery of 1 to 3 days which is not my preferred option

Comment: when asking about delivery date the chat representative was very quick to log out and not wait to see if i had any other queries. I had a query as i thought it was 1-3 day delivery and i was told it would be delivered 10 days later....however it came within the week

Comment: My only issue was there was no delivery date on the websites.The importance of knowing which DAY the item would be delivered would have enhanced the experience.It came within 2 days of the order so it came in good time and works fine.
