Comment: This game isnt even released until 3 more weeks, thats why it hasnt been delivered, idiot! ASDA are always great and always have the lowest prices. Its not just online either in store too.

Comment: Well the price for Mario Kart was good, and the web site said they had stock. What could we do but trust them to have the correct information on the system. The order was placed and confirmation emails recived. This is where it starts to go wrong. We checked the progress of the order and Emailed them only to recive a different delivery date. Another month infact. When we eamiled to ask what had gone wrong we recived a reply that stated It would be another month but nothing else to explain why. Not good when you send the email with a subject line of COMPLAINT. After a third email asking for a personal reply and not just the standard cut and paste reply we recived yet another email.......You guessed it. The only differance between the 3 emails was the name at the bottom. Everything else is word for word the same. The last resort was to call the (and I use the term very loosley ) Customer support centre. Still no joy. They replied with "youll just have to wait" THANKS ASDA.(NOT)
