Rating: Time with product: 2 Years Strengths: Nice quality pictures Weaknesses: Inkjets will clog when not used for long periods of time. Summary: The cartridge/paper combo works great, gives great pictures using the PictureMate Deluxe printer. Only problem is leaving the printer idle for months seems to clog the print head. This can be solved by running a cleaning cycle, but that does take up some ink.Today I tried to clean using a cartridge with 30% ink left, and the system told me the cartridge pad which soaks up the ink used in cleaning was full. So I had to buy a new cartridge in order to run the cleaning cycle. I held onto the old cartridge, and was able to print with it after cleaning with the new cartridge inserted. One tip, depending on the background color, you may get more than 100 photos printed from a cartridge. I bought an extra pack of the photo paper from Epson, so I'm prepared to squeeze a few extra photos out before buying a new cartridge. |

Rating: Time with product: 1 Strengths: convenient pack, great photo quality Weaknesses: a bit expensive Summary: I purchased these to go with Epson PictureMate printer. They are recommended for that printer. The ink and paper are conveniently packed into one box. I was satisfied with the photo quality. They are excellent and comparable with professional printing at photo stores. |

Rating: Time with product: Strengths: Great quality pictures Weaknesses: Does not do well if it sits for any length of time Summary: The pictures that print out with this are fantastic, durable and not a bad price per print. However, if you don't use up the whole pack and let it sit for any length of time you will find you have to unclog the nozzles. Fortunately Epson offers a 100 print guarantee, though I have yet to test it out. Great prints, should be great guarantee, a winner. |
