Strengths: Easy to use and transport. Also you can use all of the camera functions with the camera housing on.

Weaknesses: Some pictures are grainy underwater. But that depends on how close/far you are from the subject.

Summary: I went snorkeling in the Bahamas with sharks and to various coral reefs. The camera took great pictures and small videos. The wrist strap that it comes with is great for snorkeling, and does not impede your movement. Also the depth that the camera can go to, 30 ft., is perfect for snorkeling. I would recommend this product to those who want great pictures on a trip but do not want to damage their camera. Make sure that you have fresh batteries in the camera before you set out on your expedition, no one want to open their housing when they are wet and on a boat.

Strengths: easy to put together, fairly clear instructions, easy to use underwater (altho i haven't yet tried it with gloves), not terribly bulky like other cases

Weaknesses: in low light, pictures are a bit grainy, but i think it's possible to purchase a specific underwater flash attachment..not sure tho

Summary: i took this on a class fieldtrip out to an island off the coast of Australia and took pictures of the corals and fish and friends in the water while snorkeling, and it performed like a dream. with the macro function on, i got amazingly detailed photos of coral polyp structures, and some good fish pics even tho i had to hold my breath, struggle to stay down (since i was snorkeling and had no weight belt), follow the movements of the fish, focus, and shoot. definitely amazed with the performance and can't wait to take it out on a dive trip soon. would be excellent for kayaking as well, and fully intend to take it next time i go...no more worrying about waterproof bags. highly recommended!

Strengths: Easy to use. Relatively inexpensive compared to other waterproof cases.

Weaknesses: None so far.

Summary: Considering the cost of underwater cameras, this is a great deal. Case is well made and works great. Tried this in my swimming pool and pictures came out great. Have yet to go diving with it but I expect it will perform flawlessly.
