Summary: Far better life time than no brand name battery for my new HG-10. No need to worry about battery while shooting now. A little thicker than BP-2L13 though.

Strengths: This is an authentic Canon battery. I got it for my mini-dv recorder because it lasts 3 hours!

Weaknesses: None really. It is rather large, but I expected that if it is to last 3X more than the battery that came with the camera, it would probably be larger.

Summary: I have not had a chance yet to use the battery pack to its fullest extent. So far, I have only installed it (very easy to do) and taken a few pictures to test it out. So far, so good. It will get a work out in a couple of weeks while vacationing & filming Alaska. Now, wouldn't that be an awful time to run out of battery power?

Weaknesses: Packaging need a little bit redesigned.

Summary: Good quality, double capacity and recording time. using LCD screen time about 120 mins. For this price, I will recommnad to purchase this product. Lithium-ion chemistry is free from memory effect that means you can recharge the battery anytime, without drain it first.

Summary: I really like this battery. The one came with the camcorder can last only about an hour of usage. Even it's a bit bigger than the one came with camcorder but this one provide like 3 times of usage which is great.

Summary: I bought this battery as an additional for the one came with camcorder I bought. This make it easy for me to travel around without the need to look for power outlet. It's light allow me to carry it without any problem.
