Summary: Pokemon Mystery Dungeon Red Rescue Team enables you to become a pokemon and rescue pokemon in danger. Take on rescue missions with your partner and also recruit other pokemon to help you. You can also battle and recruit legendary pokemon (such as Zapdos, Kyogre, Rayquaza, and many more!) on your journey.

Strengths: Another good Pokemon game!!!

Summary: This Pokemon game is quite different from the other Pokemon games. In this game, instead of being the trainer and capturing pokemons, you are the pokemon. In the beginning, you'll take a personality test and you'll see which pokemon has the same traits as you. Afterwards, you get to choose your pokemon partner. Even after you've completed the game, there is still so many things to do that you won't get bored with the game. This is a must have for any Pokemon fan!!!

Weaknesses: Repetitive. Missing a few features compared to the DS version.

Summary: While lacking some features compared to the DS version, Pokemon Mystery Dungeon Red is a fun dungeon crawler in its own right. The story is interesting and different from every other Pokemon title. The graphics and music, while not amazing, are well-done. Fans of old-school RPGs and dungeon crawlers will like this one. Pokemon fans may enjoy the fresh new take on their series, as well.

Strengths: It's pokemon!

Weaknesses: all gameplay is turn based - not just the battles, hard to attack diagonally.

Summary: In this Pokemon game, you play as a Pokemon, not as a trainer. You only do battle in dungeons or on mountains. As you get new quests, you can learn about new dungeons. Your quest will be to rescue a specific Pokemon on a specific floor from a specific dungeon. When you decide to go to that dungeon there may be other Pokemons you can rescue from that one dungeon too (because of multiple quests received). You get a reward for each quest completed. Once you get a new dungeon you can always go back to that dungeon for random adventuring. You also have rescue team members to help you out during your quests - so you're not alone in your battles.This game is fun and a little different than other Pokemon games. The graphics are OK for the GBA. If you are a die hard Pokemon fan, then pick this game up! Otherwise wait until its on sale.
