Summary: This is excellent high capacity battery. Once charged for overnight it give nice throughput for hours for shooting. The only issue i found which could be problem is the weight. Added to camcorder will make it little heavy.

Summary: I have been using this with my Sony SR-11 Camcorder. The performance has been excellent. I had paid 33% less on the Net compared to Sony Retail price which is another plus.

Summary: I purchase two of this from amazon.com best price at that time to used with my new HDR-HC7 HDV camcorder. I get about 4-5 hours of recording time using the swivel screen and not turning off the camcorder and just letting it go to default stand by mode. as always it gives you info on your battery life status on the screen.This battery takes a long time to charge to full. I usually just leave it plug in for the whole night. My only concern about this is its weight making the camcorder a little bit out of balance. and the price paid 105.00 for each of this. did not attempt to get a generic one afraid of destroying my $1500.00 camcorder.
