This processor will keep up with, if not outperform, superior Intel models while costing much less money. Overall, a wonderful value.

But it IS the best VALUE available with four cores. For under two hundred bucks, you get performance on par with Intel's 250 - 300 dollar processors AND it's backwards compatible with most existing AM2 boards.
