Comment: With lower product prices and shipping costs, I would use Drugstore.com much more frequently. Their drugstore.com dollars program is not enough of an enticement to use them above others. Also, some natural products I use are either unavailable here or significantly less expensive (as products and overall), shipping faster from iHerb.com.

Comment: Website easy to manuever and find items - although pics of items didnt appear until I had my order in my cart and ready to confirm - which makes me wonder if Im purchasing the correct EarPlanes product - writing states what I want but the picture of the product differs from other sites.

Comment: I was delighted and surprised to learn there would be no shipping charges and that the item was in stock. We shall see how quickly it comes and in what condition. I used some of this my daughter had and was greatly impressed with the merchandise -- thus my reason for buying some for myself.
