Comment: Order never arrived, evidently lost at post office. Its been over 3 weeks and they have not reshipped and refuse to refund my money! VERY POOR RETURN PROCESS; TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!

Comment: If you purchase something from drugstore.com, expect to receive a series of irritatingly redundant low-value promotional emails.Technically its legal, because they tell you how to unsubscribe in EACH email, and they adhere to the letter of the law by (supposedly, although I am still getting spam from an order I placed over 20 days ago) removing you from their mailing lists within TEN DAYS.Im not sure why think their customers are stupid enough to believe theres any justifiable reason for it to take ten days for a computer to change a simple setting.Dont bother emailing support asking to be removed more quickly. I tried that, and the customer "care" representative pretended not to understand, stating that he had removed my (already-removed) email address. He also reminded me that it would take up to ten days for the change to take effect. Of course, the support email was ALSO laden with promotional offers.

Comment: BUYER BEWARE!! Website advertised BOGO. (Buy one get one) I purchased a shampoo & Conditioner. I should have recieved a free one of each. I called customer service and they said that the website was a mistake and thanked me for bringing the error to their attention. I told them I wanted to get my two free products. But in order to send me my free products they wanted my credit card again. I told them that since they had messed up the first time why should I give them a credit card for something that is suppsed to be free. They gave me a stupid story that they could not ring up transaction without a credit card. So, they never resolved my issue. I hung up out of frustration. I could have bought the product cheaper at walmart in the first place. THE BOGO was a trick to bring me to website. They were not even nice about how they treated me. I will NEVER EVER buy from this company ever again. Careful what you buy on this website.

Comment: One product was not closed properly and therefore everything in the package was covered in oil. Had to clean everything and the paperwork was ruined. Lost part of the product that was opened, a body oil.
