Comment: Placed order for carpet shampooer & bottle of cleaner on Oct. 20,2008. Had to call on Oct. 29th to find out why order wasnt received. Manny stated warehouse error and corrected this error. Received shampooer the very next day. Didnt receive bottle of cleaner with order. Called back, was told it was being shipped from another warehouse & would be shipped on Monday. Never received item. Called back & requested credit to my account after 2 weeks of waiting for item. I have done a lot of internet shopping & NEVER have had problems like this. NOTHING went right with this order. No one answers their phone & calls are sent to voicemail. Getting a live person (except for Manny) was a joke & CS girl was snotty. Will NEVER purchase from this company again.

Comment: Great quick service but I was missing the 3 ethernet Cables I ordered. I was billed for them but they were not in package.I have emailed but get NO respose. Do I have to contact my credit card to dispute payment??The ethernet cables were missing from the package and I would like a refund for the shipping and the cables.
