Comment: Lighting Catalog is the worst possible lighting site to make a purchase from. They sent me the wrong item completely. I alerted their "Customer Service" within 36 hours. Even the box indicates its not the item I ordered. LightingCatalog refuses to pick it up, saying that its not in keeping with their return policy and that I have to arrange and pay to send it back. Ridiculously, their "Customer Service" dept. says that theyre sorry the lamp "is not to my liking" and I am responsible for the shipping cost and restocking fee. The fact that they sent me entirely the wrong item seems lost on them, as though the Lighting Catalog customer service dept. is an offshoot of the Politburo, except way less competent. I am stuck shipping it back to them at my expense and paying a 20% "restocking fee" for a lamp I didnt even order. I purchase a lot of merchandise for our company online and can say this is the least professional online site Ive experienced. Save yourself the headaches and av
