Comment: heres the email I sent to customer support, on 12/23, when it was too late to do anything: "This is COMPLETELY UNACCEPTABLE. This was a Christmas gift for my mother, and I will not be able to see her this year. And you dont even contact me to tell me the order cannot be completed? I only check on the delivery status AFTER the time passed when the item should have arrived, as any normal, rational person would do, and that is the only way I am to discover that the shipment cannot be processed. Are you so incompetent that you cant tell me an item is out of stock at the time I place the order? Or at least send an email to notify me? This is ridiculous. Please cancel my order, and I will go patronize a more competent business. You will never get business from me again.Sincerely..." Sure they send an automated reply quickly after you give them your money. But if anything goes wrong with the order, they wait until YOU contact them even though they have your email & phone

Comment: I shopped around for Henckel knives but CutleryAndMore was absolutely the best to work with.Not only did he email me a response in less then 5 minutes,he answered every email question I had within 4 minutes of each other,It felt more like a instant message conversation than emailing and to top it off he gave me a better shipping price than originally quoted and I got the knives she has been wanting and saved $200 by buying from CutleryAndMore,best prices and best customer service I found.
