Comment: This merchant was listed as one of many sellers while I was researching this product (GPS nuvi) on the Consumer Reports (CR)website. The CR site listed merchants by selling price. I was also able to review customer comments regarding this merchant. I was still leary about purchasing from a online merchant that I did not know, but I decided to purchase the Nuvi very late on a Monday evening. I paid for two day air. I was not expecting the order to be processed so quickly, but I received the GPS Wednesday before noon. Excellent! I opted for the two day air because I saved about $200.00 off the price of this new item. Consumer Reports did not guarantee any of the merchants listed, but said if consumers had any trouble to inform them. This was a win-win all around. The item arrived in excellent condition (I tracked it on the USPS website and was able to be here to sign for it). I registered it with the Garmin website. The item is working great.

Comment: Had a glitch when trying to pay with Paypal. Site would not accept payment saying that my address had to be Paypal verified. I have already previously verified my address with Paypal, so this message is incorrect. Except for that minor glitch, everything went fine.

Im grateful that their customer service department took the extra security step to insure my order was handled properly. I would have hated anything to go wrong.

Comment: PCRush approved my payment then sat on my order for several days. They did not answer emails until after I phoned them. Order status showed "fulfillment pending." This was later explained to mean that the item was temporarily out of stock. The website showed "In Stock" when I ordered it and continued to do so until I canceled my order a week later.
