TOO BAD GREEDY MICROSOFT HAS ELIMINATED MOST OF THEIR INCENTIVE PROGRAMS FOR REBATES ON THESE. NONETHELESS, THEY WIN. I HAVE ONE OF THESE ALREADY FOR A COUPLE YEARS AND HAS BEEN TROUBLE-FREE.Update after receipt and installation: Brand new in OEM box. Not crazy about the translucent keys and silver case but it worked correctly first time. Install software first before connecting to USB. Not too bad for $35 without any rebate hassles.
