Comment: The phone number was accessible and I wasnt on hold very long. They answered my question, which was how long it would take to arrive. If they read these reviews and I owned this company, I would have offered to take my order on the phone and not redirect me to the computer in case I changed my mind. I also wanted to buy another product and they let me go find it myself.
