Comment: I STILL have not received my order! While your web site is good, your shipping is not! I received an email from you on 10-16 with an apology which states that you will send me tracking info. I still do not even have that! (I could have bought at Home Depot!Your questions need and "N/A" column! I have not received so cannot answer your questions!)
