Comment: While using Pricegrabber has always been a good experiance, this is not always the case with some of the vendors. I recieved a conformation with an expected delivery date, but a day after the item was to be delivered, I recieved an e-mail saying that the item was discontinued. This was two weeks later! I am not happy!

Comment: After talking to a customer service rep who wasnt sure if I was buying an item that would work with my machine I placed the order anyway willing to take a chance. The day after ordering this item I get an email stating, "With regards to the above mentioned order number, unfortunately the item has been discontinued". Great job guys!

Comment: NextWarehouse showed memory chips for $35.50 a piece so I ordered four. They called today to say that price was incorrect. They actually cost $71.00 - twice as much. They had already canceled the order.
