Comment: It was my fault for not reading The Nerds return policy. I bought a new computer monitor. It was defective. I had to pay shipping to receive it and I had to pay a lot to return it. It is an injury and an insult to have to pay to return a broken item. I figure thats an expense they caused me for doing business with them. The monitor was supposedly new. Judging from the internal and external packaging, it had been around a while. Also, it took more than two weeks to recieve my credit. Perhaps its my loss, but I will not buy anything from them again.

Comment: I was having a normal experience with this online order. I found a product I was looking for, but a problem arose. I called and eventually found Ian Wolf, Returns Manager, who not only listened but also responded quickly to my concerns. He and I exchanged a number of E-mails and I really did feel that he understood the problem and took definite steps to solve it. Had he not took the initative, I may not have felt as positive about this online experience.

Comment: the experience was honestly one of the worst i have ever had. I order items from a large number of online merchants and this one has shown the very worse performance of any I have ordered from. They charged me twice for printers i never received and then waited about a month to credit me back. However, after about a month of waiting and 5 phone calls to customer service (which I waited on hold for 30min+ each time) Ben at ext. 121 finally got me squared away.
