Comment: I needed something right away, and chose them even though I would have to pay sales tax, because they promised it was in stock and would ship same day. I took time out from my work day to order because they said I had to order before 3pm to receive it same day. Then, I got an e-mail saying it is backordered! Very disappointed!

Comment: I ordered a Garmin map for europe, delivery time published: 2 days. The day after ordering I have received an email saying that there will be a 2-3 days of delays.I called again after a week, and the answer to my question was they dont have product in stock. To my question, why didnt you let me know, they answered that they sent the email the day after I ordered. Needless to say that they charged my credit for a product that they didnt have and that they had no intention to deliver in their published tems in the first place.
