Comment: My main problem with this merchant is the surprise processing charges during checkout. I should have been informed at the beginning. The free shipping was why I choose this merchant, but $7.95 in processing fees negates the advantage of the free shipping.

Comment: Awful customer service. I ordered some plumbing items. They were quality items, at a very good price, delivered on time. I didnt need all of the items afterall, and after 6 phone calls to Home Annex, I still cant get the info I need from them in order to return the items. Apparently I cant return them to Home Annex, but they cant tell me where to return them to. And though they always promise to call me back with the info, they never do. I dont know if this will ever get resolved. I would NOT recommend this merchant to ANYONE.

Comment: They say there are no shipping charges, however, they charge you an additional $7.95 as a processing fee. Its unbelievable how they try to fool you.

Comment: Don?t buy anything from these people. They did a bait-and-switch on me. I purchased an item then they emailed me and said I had to pay 76 dollars for oversized shipping (notice their web page states free shipping in the continental USA). When I brought it to the attention of the Better Business Bureau, Home Annex tried to say they put the wrong price on the item and notified me, which is false. There?s plenty of other places to buy you things from? don?t use this one.

Comment: I ordered 2 lamps - When I received them 3 weeks later they were the wrong lamps. I immediately emailed Home Annex and told them I received the wrong item. I had to fill out an RGA form, which state it could take 14 days to issue this number. I called woundering were the number was stated never received my request. I filled out the request again, this time they said it has only been 8 day I need to wait. It is now 7/17. I started emailing, and faxing my request - Yes - I got the number on the 21st stating UPS or Fedex would come the next day with a call tag. It is now 7/24- I called asking where is the call tag - they said they would email it due to a mix-up. 7/28 - no email - called there computer system went down they would email it right away. I have been trying to return this product and get a refund since the original product I ordered come with a different price tag of an extra $300.00. This has been the worst place I have ever done business with, they play games.

Comment: Great prices. Easy ordering. Product was not quite what I expected. I expected the light to hang from a metal bar and instead it hung from a cord. When I was trying to verify this with the customer service dept, she was confused and could never fully answer my question

Comment: This will be my 3rd order with Home Annex. Ive been greatly satisfied with the experience. My one suggestion would be for information about when to expect the shipment. When looking for order information it only reports when the credit card was charged.
