Comment: My money was collected from TriState 6 full days before my item shipped. It was not shipped until I questioned them about the issue, then miraculously it was being shipped that very day. I received it the next day.

Comment: Easy, easy, easy. Thank you. Thats how I felt about ordering.Now that I am still waiting for my delivery (no notification that the product was out of stock; I had to call one week later when nothing showed up; to be told that it would be another 3 days. Well, the 3 days have passed and I still have no product.) Why did I pay for express shipping? They should have noted that the product was out of stock.
