Comment: I ordered a Nikon SLR digital camera. I was worried looking at other internet sites but found buydig and thought that the reviews were mostly good and the ones that werent had to do with delivery time. I got the camera quickly. Everything was there that was advertised, brand new condition and I couldnt be happier with the camera. I did have a problem with the billing. Buydig called and told me my billing zip code was wrong, so I gave them the right one. After they shipped my order I looked up the tracking number and it was being sent to my address with the wrong zip. I called buydig and they were not helpful they said they shipped it out with what I put on my order slip, which was wrong. Billing changed my shipping zip along with my billing zip. Fed ex tracked down my package and change the zip. I wish there site would have notified me of the wrong zip before my order was confirmed. Everything else was great. Yes, I would order again from them just dot you is and cross you ts.

Comment: Had a glitch trying to use Paypal. It kept putting the recipients address as my billing address. I ended up using regular credit card pay.

Comment: ...First dealing and I hope everything continues so smoothly. But, after the original purchase, things went very sour...mainly because I did not want to open an account with BuyDig, I wasn`t allowed to check the progress of purchase. No information was made available and customer service was terrible. I was told that because I had not opened an account prior to purchase, I could not view order or track the package. I will not buy from them again.....there are too many good companies that care about their customers. WS
