Comment: The lock icon is NOT where they say it is to provide secure notification when ordering which is perplexing. until I found elsewhere. Their generic response to my inquiry before going ahead with ordering DID NOT answer my ? and was useless, not a positive response. Only when I came back to try again did I see a secure symbol elsewhere. But, once done, got my backorder quicker than expected in good shape as advertized.

Comment: I really am getting discouraged with the short log-in times - constantly having to log back in. Tonight I went away for about 15 minutes and all the items in my shopping cart were wiped out! Not fun and surely different from the way amazon retains items in the shopping cart in a more stable way. Otherwise I am happy with Deep Discount.
